Title: Options for a 48" circular saw with 4 1/2 5 insert teeth

Is there a source for these 4 1/2 5 teeth?

Is it best to buy a new blade?

Thanks again!

Here's a shot of the teeth, some are stamped with a 2 beside the 4 1/2 5.
