Title: powder post beetle?

can anyone id this insect? i think it might be a powder post beetle. the blue line is from lined notebook paper, so it is tiny about the size of a comma.

Not enough detail or clarity for me to even take a stab at it.  If the two appendages on what looks like the head structure are antennae, then I don't think it is a PPB.
