Title: Stihl Chainsaw Manual, sprocket sources - for MS 241C?
Post by: kantuckid on January 14, 2016, 10:06:28 AM
First, I know they're on the web for free from Stihl. I want an orange one! :D

Where's the cheapest OE manual to be found? None on fleabay.

Oregon product catalog shows no sprocket for this saw-who sells one to run 91VXL055G Oregon, 3/8,.050, chain on this saw?
Or, do you "cheat" and  run that chain over the OE sprocket?

Thanks!

The dealer likely has a box of manuals behind the counter, customers tend to leave them behind. The 241 C comes standard with the low pro chain, 91VXL will work just fine.

Since dealers seem to never have this model in the first place, I doubt they have left behind manuals, just saying.

Any Stihl dealer can get you one. He may not and probably wont have one in stock.
