Wasn't sure how they would work on smaller wheels, but they seem to be doing the job. :)

I missed the thread were Jeff inspired them but they appear to be doing a great job.  Are they blocks of wood?

Maybe Jeff can add a link.  His looked like they were for a much larger mill like a Frick or American.

I made them out of Black Walnut as it is supposed to be rot resistant.  The time and irritation these save make this one of my better modifications

I put these on a CMC mill. Yes, a much larger mill.
