Ray, Ann is still in the hospital and I'm setting up my brothers funeral for next week.
Ross is sending my parts to me . So Ann and I won't make it this year. Maybe next year.

thecfarm:
My sister who was suppose to sit with my mother tomorrow so I could get away to Maine for the day, just called me and she is sick. Too sick to come over and didn't want to get my mother sick.
My other sitter has a family funeral tomorrow, so she can't come either.

So, I can't come this year.

Take some pictures and post them.
Say hi to everyone for me.

Jim,that is too bad. Another member that I will miss.
A cool day here with the wind blowing. Better dress warm to stand around and talk sawing.

Did you get some pics?  And did they have the new wood splitter there?  If so, what did you think of it?

Been busy doing stuff.Went to see FIL all good there, stopped into SIL,things not so good. He was trying to put new front head lights into his truck. 3 hours later I am back home. The guy before him did a job on putting some after markmarket lights in.
I have pictures of the wood splitter, interesting concept. Not for a homeowner.
More to come later.  :)

the wood splitter,FS400

It splits both ways. They demoed it with splitting two sticks at a time. One stick would stay on top of the flat platform, right above above the splitter, while the other one was being split. They had a video camera going and she was on a pallet above it,to really show the action. I think 30hp Honda motor,$17000 unit. Spilts wood about,4 inches across.

LT15 line up.

LT15 wide

There was no LT10 set up and nothing above a LT40. There was some guy there with an old WM with a bunch of hours. They asked him to come to show how long they last and still saw nice lumber.
Ross had a good turnout. Had a Kiln talk the first part of the morning.
