Post by: stratford 50 on November 01, 2016, 08:12:09 AM
Just curious as to what you are seeing for reaction chamber temps on the CB - 2400 model, Mine run from 1000 to 1700 degrees, Thanks Paul

I usually run 1,000 - 1,450 degree reaction chamber temps during my burn cycles. It's awesome watching how the correct amount of secondary air gets injected into the reaction chamber area depending on wood, wood moisture, coal bed depth and different times of the burn cycle through my wifi XP.

I mostly see 1000 to 1600.   Highest is 1800.    Anything over 1200 does great.  I have played with my primary and secondary air to get temp as high as I can.

I have found more primary and less secondary air works for me.  I was having to much secondary air and getting smoke.
