My GF Sue Ann is in Ireland. Too cloudy there but full and bright here right now!
It is certainly easy to see in th northeast right now, man it is bright and clear as a bell outside. I like it when the moon is bright enough to cast shadows, very cool.
Earlier tonight I caught this jet crashing into the Supermoon.

Here I was thinking tomorrow night will be the actual super moon. But it did look really super tonight. When we got home from church, the kids commented how bright it was.
We won't be seeing it. :(
Glad you got pictures boss. Was mostly cloudy here tonight. Maybe that was a jet powered cow ;D
Nice pictures Jeff.
Just think how bright things would be if there was some snow cover.
Those flag pictures are super! smiley_thumbsup
The view here last night was astounding! The day-long cloud cover just sorta faded into an upper level haze. We looked out about 10:30 and the moon was straight overhead. There was a huge, bright ring around the moon that covered at least 1/3 of the sky. It was the biggest and brightest ring I have ever see by far. There was no way I could get a picture that included the moon and any part of the ring!
Driving into work this morning it was amazing how bright it was!
The moon is really red here from all the smoke floating around....but still neat to see.
As I was waiting for a movie to start on Sat night,I caught a bit of Ancient Aliens. Apparently the moon is hollow and was built by some far away creatures and dragged across the universe for the purpose of watching us.
Also learned that they built Stonehenge type structures on the surface so they can pop up once in awhile and see what time it is.
I'm a little uncomfortable that their getting this close but I'm on my best behavior.

Yes, I saw it. A local surprise Super Blood Moon.
I got a couple pictures of it, but no time to post them now-- maybe another night. ;D
For those of you that missed the Supermoon, I have a yooper view of it for you.
