Title: Timber Frame Mailbox Complete
Post by: stickframer on December 21, 2016, 01:51:46 AM
This was my first timber frame project and there were some mistakes, but it was fun to cut. I hope to get some more timber framing in the first of next year ;D

Eastern Red Cedar. It was hard to work with due to splitting and knots. It is one of the only rot resistant species I could get from the mill. There is limited white oak, post oak and locust but the mill didn't have any available.
