Is there any timber framers in Washington that would allow me to help on some projects or wouldn't mind me shadowing some work? I am a hard worker and listen well :P

That is a question you'd have to ask them. I've heard of Cascade Joinery in Bellingham, Wa. www.cascadejoinery.com/
There are a handful of others if you google "Timber frames Washington State"

I have tried to contact the timber framers you can find through a google search, with no response, too busy or not interested. I will travel throughout the state if there is someone willing to let me shadow or help out.

Timber Framers Guild, did you try them? Jim Rogers is a good bloke to ask for resource help
