Post by: Peter Drouin on August 31, 2017, 06:31:44 PM
Any one know where I guy can get some tires filled with foam in NH?
Milton Cat wants $1000 a tire. Hoping I can do better than that somewhere else.

Peter Drouin,

I had to price out tires for our fork lift at work, those guys had a foam fill option but I can't remember the pricing (it was a while ago).  Also, maybe try GCR, they are in Manchester / Concord area.  I know they do our farm tractor tires and "load" tires too (can't remember if it's beet juice or not), they might have an option for ya.

A local tire shop in Iowa did the front tires of my tractor for $100 each. Added weight as well as made them puncture proof.
Are you talking back tires?

Is tire foam the same as the two part stuff they use in boats?  Ive wondered for a while.  Love my foamed bobcat tires.

Peter,
Like Matt suggested. GCR Tire does it
My local GCR has a sample of the foam on the window sill to there shop. It is some good stuff.
I filled my tetter tires with it and it worked great.
