Title: Modifying cooks sharpener for 4*
Post by: Florida boy on December 06, 2017, 10:18:54 AM
I have recently bought a cooks cat claw sharpener. Haven't used it yet but would like to know if anybody has drilled s new hole for the head to be a proper angle for 4*?
I've talked to member cutting edge about getting z cam and pack of blades but want to make sure I can setup the machine to do so. Currently the sharpener has several screw holes for different angles,  8,10,13,15. The hole are kinda drilled in an arc pattern. Not sure exactly how to get it right. Protractor on the blade holder then drop and Mark where the stone sets flush to it?
Thanks for any thought or insite on this don't want to screw it up...
