Post by: Peter Drouin on December 28, 2017, 09:24:05 PM
Too cold to saw. So I put the heat on for 20 min, The place is insulated.

I put on a red marker ink at the weld and on top of the teeth. Gives me a place to start.

I put my blade on the setter and try not to ben the tooth the wrong way. :D :D

set them all at 30 +.--  ;D
I use the same oil that the CBM runs in to oil the blade on the setter.[just the bottom]

This is where the red ink comes in for me, I can't see as good as I use too.
So when I line up the CBN and blade, Then  turn on the oil and CBN wheel. I will have a small adjustment to make so all the ink is gone in the gullet beween the teeth, Then you Know the CBN is centered to the tooth so I can grind evenly.on the blade.

I run it by a little to get where I had it set.
When I done I hold the rag and blade with my right hand, Spind it with my left to the left. All extra oil comes off on the rag. Where all my oil gose.
