Title: Husqvarna: metric or sae?
Post by: gman98 on January 01, 2018, 06:12:43 PM
Hello guys.  Looking to get myself a set of T handle Allen wrenches for working on saws, and was wondering if husqvarna saws take a metric or sae wrench?  I am assuming metric due to nationality of manufacturing, but figured I'd double check.

Thanks

Metric 99% of the time. A couple models use SAE bolts on the cylinder.

Metric on the Swedish saws and sae on most of the Poulan husqvarnas. And a 3/16 wrench for the cylinders on the 266 series.
