Bit of carbon fibre, some 3D printed titanium rocket engine parts, and it's good to go. It's actually a commercial venture, launching small satellites (relatively) cheaply. Today's launch put 3 (small) commercial satellites into orbit.
Their launch site has the advantage that downrange is the empty Sth Pacific. No busy air or shipping routes to have to work around.
