Hello everyone I'm new to this form.
I have a 07 B20 timberking, that I bought new from from TK, customer service has been great throughout the years Mike knows he's Mills pretty well.
But we have a problem that we can't figure it out so I'm wondering if anyone else has ever had this problem.
The upper sprocket on my log Turner keeps breaking.
I've got new frame new arm new shafts new chains.
I am totally bewildered, I know this meal inside and out but it has humbled me on this particular thing.
All help and advice will be appreciate it.
Welcome to the forum! Could you post some pictures? I'm not familiar with your mill, but may be able to see something in the pictures.

With over 13000 hours on my mill the only sprocket I've replaced on the chain turner is the one on the drive motor. Are you running the turner chain too tight or loose, I run mine on the tight side. Is the sprocket splitting in half, maybe try a different brand sprocket. Steve
