After seeing the Brisket Weekend Warrior cooked up I knew it was time for some more ribs, Broncos/Patriots,
should be a game to enjoy, hope the ribs are, 

  

  

 
Looking at a half time break of ribs, tators, and whatever is on the counter ;D

only have a few chain saws I'm not suppose to use, but will at times, one dog Dolly, pretty good dog, just not sure what for yet,  working on getting the gardening back in order, and kinda thinking on maybe a small bbq bizz,  thinking about it,

Yea it is, not mine, I do the weber thing, but this one is nice, very windy today, but temps are holding in the mid 250's, hickory chunks for the feed,     david

Sorry, as it would be a lengthy phone call just as I pulled them, when I got back in, the platter was pretty much cleaned!  At least the Broncos won! ;D  Sorry Pat fans,    david
