Logger said the only way they will cut it, is if they can clear cut it. Wouldn't be worth their time, which I cant blame them.   So in two weeks all the pine and aspen will be clear cut.  I'll get $5 a ton

I wish I knew what the average price per ton was out in PA but if that was here I would say he was low on his price. We are getting a bit more around here, but that is here so it's not the same everywhere.

It's not the route I would have taken but it is your land. I hope it produces the results you are looking for.
