I found this guy locally that has this loader for sale. Tag says it's a Denham 200z loader. Guy had it on a tandem truck and it has four support legs and it's own power unit. My question is if it's possible to lift any decent weight with it standing on its own not attached to a truck or trailer? I'd like to be able to raise it up and pull my trailer under it then set it down to haul it. I don't have an extra truck or trailer right now to tie up with just a loader and I'm trying to keep everything as slim as possible. Basically I'm curious if this is doable or a pipe dream. Thoughts? I'll try and get a couple pics posted up.

If it has 4 outriggers they are made to stand on there own . trailer mounted the rear wheels are off the ground .
A bunch of chainsaws a BT6870 processer , TC 5 International track skidder and not near enough time

It does have four legs. The spread longways is about 10 feet. Width is around 12 feet. Tags states a 13000# lift at 10 feet.

I will disagree! You will be upsidedown in a heartbeat trying to load wood that way!

way back when i bought a new 7000 hood loader. they had a new big crane there not mounted on a truck or trailer. when trying to lift a 7000 it was unstable. the owner told his guys not to try that again. now this dealer sold a lot of loaders i think he knew what was what

I wonder how much weight is needed to keep it planted. I can't swing another truck right now to mount it on but I do have access to an old 24ft gooseneck trailer I could mount it to but that doesn't really seem heavy enough.

denham or dunhum or something like that. i think its the same co that converted a ford tractor to a so called skidder with a grapple. made in the south. if you are talking about a trailer you would haul behind a pickup. frame height will not be high enough. got a picture of the crane? is it prentice 210 size? if so it needs a tandem axle truck

A sturdy trailer helps and lifting will be limited. I wouldn't say it's not doable, just to keep you in the game. Picture of the loader would help.
Make sure you know how to fall properly when you fall and as to not hurt anyone around you.
Also remember, it's not the fall what hurts, its the sudden stop. !!
