I dont give up that easy, so I made correction.  Squared and planed some oak scrap I had laying around.  The bottom of the fence as well as the T piece slides on 1/4" thick UHMW.

I made simple cam for locking.  The handle is from an old office chair.

Good job.  That looks like a copy of my shop fox fence. :)

I just came up with a pullout stop that stores in the fence for my Shop Fox fence that would work with one like yours also
