No darn wonder it's such a secret!

My thoughts were to have a brochure that could be printed out and the paper folded in thirds.  If done right, you would only be printing on one side.

The front has the logo, address and a welcome.  Inside has a listing of the different sections and who might be interested.  For example, sawyers and people interested in sawmills can swap stories and get information in our Sawmill and Milling section.
Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large groups.

I like Joan's idea -- business card size -- 3-1/2" wide x 2" high. Set 'em up 2 cards wide by 5 cards high, 3/4" margins on the sides, 1/2" margins top and bottom. That way they'll fit on standard business card "pages".

I've probably told 10 people the URL for this forum. I think one of them actually visited. People my age don't remember those important little details so good (Llike, "No space between forestry and forum")  :D

As Iain says, keep it pretty simple. Just the URL, plus a list of the forums so people will know what topics are covered. The forum list is a reminder to me as well -- I started thinking about the sawyers I'd give a card too, but then it occurred to me that I know more timber framers than sawyers.

Colour is fine, but it ought to look good in black and white (or gray) for those of us low-tech types who don't have coloured printers.

Here's a sample of a brochure that is in .pdf format. It would be nice to have both maybe, a card is nice as well... the brochure promotes geocaching... if you dont know what it is, read the brochure!!

I think you should print them on twenty dollar bill and send me a big stack for approval.  I like to pass them out at the local tractor dealer for a set of rubber tracks for my skidsteer. ;D
