CNB Grinding Wheel 7D?

I bought this a few months ago off of Ebay  to build a blade sharpener    Lenox CBN Sharpening Wheel for C Sharp 7/8T 7D it is a new wheel and it was one of those begins ;)I could not pass got it for less than the price of 3 blades.
 I am have about 20 blades that are 10 degrees and just notices the 7D. I have no idea what the 7D is except that it would be a 7 degree blades is this correct, and can I sharpen  my 10 degrees blades with it?
