I have just gotten and used this. It seems to work better than the Husky roller unit due to the fact there is less wiggle room for error. I don't recall anyone else saying anything about this, so I thought I would give it the applause that I think it deserves. I do, and have used both. It ALSO seems to work very well with the diamond coated file that I have because I am better at maintaining a constant angle when I go to pull as opposed to push. Just thought I would let other FF members know what my experience has been.

That may be what is said, but I am sharpening the 3 other brands that I have. It appears, and performs, in the cut, very well.

I have not yet been able to have the needed technology to be able to take and/or send pics. It is in the 2014/15 big catalog Stihl that I have. I picked up this catalog about a year back from a Stihl dealer on the way back from a very out of the way camping trip that the wife and I made. BTW, on page 46. I like paper. The power never goes out, and batteries never die. Worst case, good fire starter.

If that's the case, i might give it a try even though it's twice as expensive compared to husqvarna roller guide.

Can't seem to find these here in the states, and they have been around for a while. None of the major suppliers seem to have them.

OK, maybe I'm the woodcutter now.
I work with wood, There is a rumor I might be a woodworker.

I just got my local Stihl dealer to order it in for me. They have been very good to deal with. It helped that I went in with a catalog to point out EXACTLY what I wanted. BTW, I live in central AR, about 10 miles from the major interstate they happened to be located on.
