Kd help

I'm new to the drying thing ... We do exclusivley White Cedar
 I try not to KD much but the demand is to hi to keep up by airdrying.
I have an order that has a mix of sizes everything from 1x, 2x to 4x10 timbers.
Its not a huge order ,I plan to put it in with more 1x material.
I don't have a official Kiln I am using a 26x 44' shop space.
Heated with Propane with 4 huge fans and a couple Commercial Dehumidifiers
Due to differant size should I put them all in the Kiln or dry in 2 separate batches....
