Gidday all, those that could be interested, you might want to check out the new Peterson site. It's loaded with information and it's got some cool hints and tips along with a scale converter tool too.

Trudi has done a great job on it, she says she'll be updating it weekly too. What do you all wreckin of it? I think it's great. Cheers guys.

Just noticed that Craig has already posted something in the other forum, oops for the double up.
Wife says I woke up one morning half asleep uttering thin kerf and high production, I think I need a hobby other than milling?

Yep, yep, it's coming! We're putting together a Video Gallery with a range of footage of each of the mills. We are going to be adding to it continually, to show a bit more of the versatility of the mills, and the different logs that they can handle.

Stay tuned!

noticed on your new site, a planner head for the wpf. It looks similar to that used by dewalt on their radial arm saws. What sort of finish are you getting with it, especially on large slabs of well dried burr, is it hard to sharpen as the cutting edges are different to your standard blade. Enjoyed the new site, your old one has been a bit stale for some time, but I noticed on some of the articles on peterson mills, you use the same pictures for a few of the articles, c'mmon, more pics[new ones]

The old pics go with the old articles about the old mills!!

Can't put photos of our brand new remodelled ASM next to an article with it's features from 12 months ago!!

Photo Gallery is going to continue to expand as well, and we will soon have a section for each of the mills.

Patience!! It's coming. My fingers are typing and clicking as fast as they can already!!
;D ;D ;D

Hey aom,

When the mill is set up well it leaves a really nice finish.
Doesnt actually need much sharpening as it is cutting clean wood.   ;)
