Front tires were dry rotted on my Kubota tractor.Thought some would get a kick out of my tire changing operation.

I used the bucket on my kubota back-hoe to break down a tire once.  Later, I decided to get the Harbor Freight tire tool.

I've got the small harbor freight tire changing  tool clamped in my vice.It works pretty good for mounting and getting old tires off but leaves a lot to be desired when trying to get bead broken loose.Log splitter takes care of that problem  :laugh:

  I wonder how the 2 plane clamp on my mill would work for that? :D
