Would you like to see what happened accidentally while recreating our home page? Everytime you come to the home page, if you just slide down a bit and see who is smiling back.  I saw it for the first tiem yesterday and cried. This week has been so hard. I was just finishing up that page and loked at it, and there he was, saying. You are doing okay. Just click the home button.

Danny was the first FF member I met in person at Jake's after being on here for a few years.  He made me feel welcomed.  Seldom a day goes by that I do not think about him.  Today, I had a group of students at Austin Carry Forest in Gainesville that was learning from a soil scientist.  This is the forest UF uses to train forestry students and also a lot of experiments.  He would have enjoyed the trip we took today.
