Finally picked up my woodmizer 40 LT Super from Indiana this past weekend..[from a January auction]Got it back to the U.P of Michigan..Seems to have a issue on start up... The second fuse under "accesorries" keeps  tripping..
rendering the accu set and hydraulics ..   Any guess what are then leading causes of this?

Sorry, I cant help on your issues but still wanted to say congrats on getting your  mill. Im sure you will enjoy it once you get the issues worked out.
Change is hard....
Especially when a jar full of it falls off the top shelf and hits your head!

Local wind direction is determined by how I park my mill.

Yes, congratulations on the mill.  You'll enjoy it once the hiccups are over.

Second from the left - Accessory?  Isn't that the accessory setting on the ignition switch?  Meaning when the switch is in accessory position, the mill is powered up but the engine isn't - hydraulics, feed, up/down all have power.

I would start looking for a short around the ignition switch and would check the ignition switch itself first.

Start with the simplest and work up.

Others may have other experience on other more involved troubleshooting.

Thank You Gentlemen.... I did find the problem....Using some of my old phone company methods... The short wascoming vfrom the #2 breaker... on the breaker is 4 wires... on process of elimination the one leading to the small motor that engaged the blade and disengages was the issue..When I took the cover off there was a wire that was pinched between the cover and the electric motor.
