  My mother claimed she had the chicken pox 7 times, but back in the 40s I don't think they knew about shingles. I got shingles on the left side just under my arm pit down to my belly button, and it hurt like ____.

 Y'all have a great 4th.

Got back from my eye doctor today, he said everything looks good.  He even said my ocular pressure had gone back down in that eye, however he never mentioned it had gone up, at the first visit. :uhoh:  Hmmmm.  

Anyway, shingles in the eye, who knew??

Any pressure going down is normally a good thing.

The eye is part of the dermatome of the face/eyebrow and can get shingles, but eye tissue does not do well.  Shingles on the face, we always refer to optho.
