Jeff,

We have made that type of cuts on our WM.

Whoever does the cutting will have to feed slow because your piece can not be clamped real tight.

The WM hydraulic will crush your project ???

We could do it for you, but there are at least 30 WM between us.

Unless you want to come over to "Corn Country". NormF is only a hour west, maybe he could come by to help.

Jeff,

The Norm I'm thinking of lives in Central Iowa.

They farm and may not be posting because of harvest.

Jeff,  you might find someone with a Norwood in your area.  I had mine on a concrete slab and could set pieces like yours between the bunks.  I think it would do the trick for ya. :) :)

HoHoHo, I missed Chet post.  Chet be the MAN.

Jeff

I went over to Weidman today and had Richard Schmidt trim the ends on my desk logs on his Wood-Mizer. Prize was right. I had to supply the beverages. ;D

I have one log all debarked and shined up. I will get a picture of that later. Its purty. :)

Richard saws, and my board swamper from Billsby's, Dan Smith, puts some pressure on the log to keep it from wigglin. We did not want to clamp for fear of crushing it. This worked well.

Richard and Me. Runnin my mouth as usual. ::)
