For those of you who have been asking here is picture one (hopefully it works) of my Peterson ASM Mill. Cutting a big pine here blown down by Rita last year. I believe this photo was the one that Dave Boyt used in the article he wrote about me in the last issue of Sawmill and Woodlot Magazine. I'll post more pics of it as I go along this evening.

Enjoy,

Is this what you're talkin' about, Logdog?

Ya got the pics into your gallery just fine.  All you need to do when ya want to put one in a post, is click on that thumbnail image you see when you go to your gallery.  This will open the actual photo.  Below that pic, you will see a line that say's, "Click to copy photo insertion code to your clipboard."  Do dat, and you'll see the code turn blue.  At that point, go back to your post and paste it in where you want the pic to be.

Heyyyy ....atta boy!!!!!!! How'd you get them in here though? It didn't want to accept when I did it. Yep that sure is a WoodMizer track under that saw. I have it level and square to the saw so i can top saw if I want by rolling a log and taking some grade that way. It also give me 3 clamps to keep the logs dogged tight. I don't like my logs to move.  ;D And too, with my bed level to the saw i alwys know that one end of my support underneath the log is going to be the same height as the other which helps prevent run-ins with the blade. Youch! Not that I haven't baptized a dog or two with carbide.  ;) I'm set up to cut a full 35 feet but only have 28 feet of WoodMizer deck. I guess that's my interpretation of "Fusion Sawmilling".  ;D

Thanks for the help with the pics. You'll be seeing more soon.

SCSmith42 ....from the looks of your gallery you've got some awfully nice toys...uh ...I mean tools too. Trade you that dovetail gooseneck and the army crance for my loader?  8) How bout it?  ;)

Hey!!  See that you have the picture dilemma sorted out.  That juuuust about completes the initiation.

Next question.

How do you like your grits?

Sure enough good looking equipment.  ;)

Oh, by the way, not bad incorporation of Woodmizer and Peterson.

LOGDOG

Thanks tcsmpsi ;D  Ya' know ...I've never been able to do the grits thing. I'm from WI and up there we eat potatoes with our breakfast. Something about the texture of grits ....ack! ::)

tcsmpsi

Them pataters is alright, now.  But, the best way I like them, is fried up, with some over easy eggs, all mixed up with a great big helping of them larraping grits.

Lawd mercy! 8)
