The pull start spring housing(the piece of tin that holds the spring) and pull start ring(the ring that is on the inside of the fly wheel) are both shot! I am having difficulty finding them! Baileys has a 070 pull start complete! BUT I have to get a new fly wheel for it?
Is that a good option? any suggestions?
Thanks guys!!!!

Just keep looking on e-bay....yours is the friction shoe style starter, and the parts that Bailey's sells are for the plastic pawl style starter. If you convert over to that then yes, you need the newer fan wheel that bolts to the magnet structure and the complete new starter. It's an expensive conversion. It may be necessary though if you're itching to use your big saw and can't find the old school parts for it.
