hyd. tray thingy

does anyone know what the linked tray that holds the hyd. hoses on my TK1600 is called??  It is trying to come apart :o :o

It's called an energy train. It's made by a company in Germany which will sell the parts if you want to go through the trouble. Mine is only about 2/3 there and I just keep piecing it back together.

The Term I heard used was "Igus chain" since the company name is Igus.  When I priced the parts, I went into sticker shock.  For my particular sized "flexible conduit" I was quoted $55.05 a foot.

You can buy the pieces separately.

Glad you mentioned the price, I was thinking of contacting them but at that price they can keep it.

KC,the guys are right you don't want to buy much of that stuff.Most of the time you can repair with wire ties and fixing the nub it pivots on with a screw or such.You can buy the indiviual pieces but usally its a hassel putting them in. Frank C.

Some of that cable carrier stuff is made of metal - don't know the name.  I have an old manlift with some on it.  If you can find a graveyard with some old lifts you might find a replacement fairly cheap.  Just a thought
