Sawing pretty lumber today

A friend is clearing some land and is giving me the logs. Red oak, walnut, cherry and what he is calling scarlet oak.  About 30 logs.  We just started sawing this morning and we are getting very high quality lumber from these logs.  My Oakaholic wife is thrilled.  It sure is fun to saw good quality logs for a change.   8)

Some days your a hero some days your a bum.Spent a day cutting pine hit alot of hardware ruined one band dulled two outhers.Next day cut oak fenceing perfect day and product,thankfully you remember the good days. Frank C.
