A thread With 18 pages that hasn't talked about food yet?
I gotta go get me a snack.
Is dat an Al Gore graph?

There you go again. :( Somebody saying something disparaging about pigs. ;D ;D
The axe has gotten out of my price range.  It is now more than my SS check. :( I wonder if Jeff would wait two months for payment?

You folks are out of control
I think you should hit your bedroll

I couldn't resist.....sorry.

There once was a Michigan man,
Up in the U.P. in his stand,
Though baiting he'd try,
Not a bear did he spy,
But they left their big piles on his land.

In Retort...

There once was a doctor of knees
He'd go fishing whenever he pleased
So his patients they waited
While the hooks that he baited
Spent most of their time tangled in trees.

Doc,

With that axe, you could chop them out!

There is no need to say 'unleaded regular gas'. It's all unleaded. Just say 'regular gas'. It's not the 70s anymore. (At least that's what my wife tells me.)

Yea, those get dangerous.  Sort of like today, I heard someone mention "Thank God It's Friday"  and it being Thursday, I wondered why nobody ever used "So Happy It's Thursday."   Ya never know when yer just on the edge of trouble. :D

Well here goes. I had my wife read this thread she thought it was very clever and funny. When she was done she said " tell Jeff he has a nice AXE"  ;D
Think like a farmer.

The axe has got to the point where I'm scared to handle it. I'm going down to Jays Sporting goods tomorrow and try to find a case of some sort to put it in.  :D

For as long as Jeff has had, to "play" with the AXE...I am just picturing him completely clean shaven from the elbows down...

Well Ya'll....I have bid my last bid. My wife said if I were to bid anymore, That would be my AXE.

I knew AXECTLY what she meant!  >:(

So I'll just lay here with the Flu and watch it.  smiley_sick

But Ya'll better be careful, Magicman will be back this evening or tomorrow with a pocket FULL of money!  8)

The older I get I wish my body could Re-Gen.

doctorb

Do you think the axe is could be similar to the ring in Lord of the Rings....corrupting its possessor with evil?  Does Jeff go invisible when he picks it up?  He doesn't look much like a Hobbit to me!  Or is he really Gollum, seeking the AXE for himself!  We could be bidding against the "Eye of Mordor".  And there are some bidders who've disguised their identities.  Are they Auks or the minions of Sauron?  Aaauuugggghhhh!  It's the AXE!... the AXE!...the AXE!!!

Forgive me, I'm losing my mind........

Obviously the axe business is a front runner, who among us is gonna set up shop?  At this rate, only have to produce a hundred or so a year.

Jacob and John are the Axe builders. With them, we don't need anymore.  :)

Agreed, apparently my humor fell short.  I am amazed at the auction response, and of the loyalty to this web site.  I am in awe of the Neeman Brothers ability to continue an age old tradition in todays mass production era.
