Hello, I picked up a 031av at a yard sale and it runs great. My question is it saids Electronic quick stop what is that? Is it like a chain brake? Also does it have points or is it electonic? Thanks for the help

I believe the AV had points and AVE had a transistor type ignition.
I don't know what the electronic quick stop is but I'm pretty sure both models had a mechanical manual brake .
One had a brake shoe and the other a brake band.

It's probably Electronic and QuickStop, meaning it's got the pointless ignition and a chain brake.  That's my guess and I'm stickin' to it.
