Gump, i'm sorry to say, but, it's a shame to let any piece of equipment rot in the woods for 15 years!

Yup your right, but life throws many curve balls at you at times. But it didn't rot because it is working today!

Is that a wide angle shot? or are those blades so wide?

teakwood that blade has been modified for snow clearing I would suspect. Nice old 230 there gump I'm sure you will be pleased with it.

Yup..Snow blade in that pic. Now off!!?? Slips on existing blade with 4 bolts!

Daft question, is it that bad to have such a wide blade in the woods? Because i was planning to make mine the width of the machine i'm transforming, so i could clear the snow. Which we have a lot here.

For me i would not want such a wide blade because when you turn inside the woods it's more likely to damage trees

If sure like to buy a log trailer like that. I'd drive a ways to get one too

Satamax, copy the blade design of the newer bobcat mini excavator and widenable snowplows in america.  Theyre not complicated.  Wings that slide in and pin.  The main blade is behind the wings.  Think of way covers on a milling machine or lathe.  They dovetail together, its pretty easy with telescopic sized square tubing nested together.  Just dont fit them too tight or dirt will bind it up.

Thanks Mike. Well, i have already all the steel i need, ready made and all, with the bracing and all, of the snowblower. Mind you, my machine is 2m wide. It's tiny, and has directional wheels instead of articulated.
