Good day,  my M285 mill has been fun, although I have interesting resistance entering my third tail section.

There is sort of an in out wave of width on the angle iron rails causing the paint wear off and a solid change in resistance when pushing into this section.

thoughts?   Anyone deal with this ?Should I not care and just keep cutting happily?

Thanks

I have a Timbery M100 and have oak, white pine and popular for my lumber, I set the tension on the blade with a torque wrench to 40 ft pounds for all. When the blade starts to dip and wonder I replace the blade. I use 10 degree blades for the pine and 9 degree for the oak and popular. I'm very happy with my saw I have the 9 hp motor and 1 bed extension I'm cutting for myself, but my son-in-law cut some wild cherry and hickory he wants me to cut logs are about 16".

cut enough lumber last summer to build a 12 X 16 shed with a 6/12 pitch roof and 2 foot overhang the oak is for the second floor hasn't been planed yet.

ment to add that I had that problem with the M100 run a string down both side loosen the track  and pull or push the track in line. Also had to adjust the hold down rail now I can give it a shove and it goes the full lengh of the track.
