Joint for 2x6 braces

Hope everyone is having a good summer, it's be great to see all what's going on in this board.

I am going to be building a 10x12 picnic table shelter cover this fall that will be 6x6 post, 6x10 beams, 3x6 rafters and 2x4 strapping.

Wondering if there is a joint recommendation for a full dimension 2x6 into a 6x6 post?
