046 tank vent

My tank vent on my 046 leaks. Even when sitting level on ground not running. Can't seem to find one anywhere? I put in a new orange umbrella rubber vent through inside of tank and tried the white filter with white plastic cap. Still weeps fuel at the vent?

Is your 046 vent like this one? 
Is that inverted round table like piece missing?

Nope, I actually found a new valve(inverted table). Yet it still weeps fuel from the filter(middle picture)?

Before inserting it, wipe that portion inside the tank where the 'table' seats. Apply. Some grease there and on the seating are of the table. After it is inserted, press down on the table to help it form a seat.
