Hydralic cylinder on TimberKing 1400

I just spoke to Matt and he suggested putting set screws in the sprockets.  He said they had one other case similar to mine and they found that the sprockets were somehow walking on the shaft.  He is also going to send me a new set once they correct the issue and Will has told them to credit my cc for the cost of the cylinder.  This should correct the issue but only time will tell for sure.  In the meantime I truly appreciate that TK is stepping up to the plate to on this problem.
