Price per board foot for mesquite wood

Hello everybody.  I am new to milling.  What is the price for board foot for mesquite wood?  I understand that prices vary depending where we live. I live in South Texas and am needing to know how much mesquite wood may costs per board foot after it has been milled.  Any help would be appreciated.
