 I lost my cedar 2/3 scale sheet anyone happen to have a copy of one. My sons going to start buying some cedar and I cant find a thing online on it or where to buy one. :P

We use what is called the Kentucky cedar scale.  Never heard of a cedar 2/3 scale sheet.  I could fax the scale we use.  Send me an e-mail with your fax number or I could e-mail a copy to you.
