Are they out in the U.S. ?  Dealer says he will order me one.  This was August 12th.  Now I am told all chainsaws of any type or make are going to Louisiana. Anybody got one?  Review please.  I can wait a while.  I got a few trees to climb and take down.  I found an Echo CS-2511T on another dealers shelf.  If I went that route I would change the chain to 1/4 with bar and drum change.

I love my 2511t. It's my favorite saw. If something happened to it, I'd buy another before the week was up. No experience with Stihl top handles.

I've been trying to get one for a couple of months.  They are apparently a few around the U.S..  If I could find an Echo 2511 WES, a rear handled 2511T;,in the U.S., I'd buy it instead of the MS 151.  Both has a 25cc engine.

I just bought one this weekend at my local stihl dealer.  It was a special order saw that the guy never picked up.  So they put it on sale for 299.00, then they had a 10% off deal going on, so around 270.  At that price I could not say no.

I tested it out on a few small logs and its a nice, very light saw.  I still need to run a few more tanks through it and let the chain stretch a bit, then I will know.  Plus now I have to get some files to sharpen this thing, I hate buying anything other than 3/8, but this narrow kerf really goes.  So I will deal with it.

But man, what a nice saw in the hand.  Good balance and plenty of power.
