Hammer Beam raising June 17th

Hi All 

I want to reach out to the Timber Frame community as I am about to raise my first Timber frame the weekend of June 17th.  It is a 16 x 36 Hammer Beam. The 4 bents were fitted and pegged before the 2021 winter set in.

I have 4 guys committed to helping me but I am looking for anyone with timber frame knowledge that would be willing to offer any advise before this day arrives.

I'm located in northeast pa.
