If these saws are carbide and don't need retipping why not sharpen with a diamond file. Not that many teeth and no set or angles just straight across. What ever happened to insert tooth saws for edgers?

I'm pretty sure this is what I'm going to do when I need a touching up on my current blades. The 2 spare blades I have look pretty good on the shelf they are holding down.
With the right fulcrum and enough leverage, you can move the world!

PAmizerman,
I'm sure that will be very useful information! BTW, only ran one piece of 6/4 red oak through it, but it never slowed down  ;)

I figured I would give this one a little bump as I've been getting some questions about these blades. Maybe it will help some other folks out there.
Two LT70s, Nyle L200 kiln, 4 head Pinheiro planer, 30" double surface Cantek planer, Lucas dedicated slabber, Slabmizer, and enough rolling stock and chainsaws to keep it all running.

Thanks customsawyer. I hope to order an edger soon. I am in need to improve efficiency, and hopefully prevent more big stacks of slabs to edge on the mill. It's a miserable process.

I have my heart set on a WM EG200 diesel. They aren't exactly giving them away these days. With the currency exchange, I'm looking at $40k. Thats a tough one to sell on the Mrs.
