Looking for expertise with mobile dimension 128 blades

I am asking for any expertise out there with mobile dimension 128 blades. 

Our mission friends in Liberia have a 2011 MD 128 mill, and are trying to get blades for it. As I understand it they need teeth replacements for the large blade, and replacement edger blades. The latter is 11 1/2 diameter, 8 teeth. 

The leaders are pursuing this through mobile dimension, but it is slow going and asked me for help.

I am wondering if there are any 128 users here who may have developed other sources of blades, or have extra blades they might want to part with, for a price.
