The forum clock and my computer's clock just realigned.
It has been growing to about 7 minutes different. Was there a manual reset or is there something magic going on?

Our server is growing old again. I suspect it's internal battery is dead, and everytime I do a reboot, it was loosing a few seconds. I reset it last night. I needed a real computer to do it, which I did not have all summer.

There should be a service that allows the server to correct its time after getting it from one of the atomic clocks.  NTP-network time protocol.  Called W32Time on Windows and you use the NTPd daemon on linux.
