Looks like a great place to film a low budget horror movie.  ;D I spent about 6 weeks down under back in 1981, backpacking, riding trains, staying in hostels. I was a trip of a lifetime. I wanted to emigrate, came back to US to finish my engineering degree and go back. Met my wife and as they say the rest is history. I'm retired now and would like to go back for another go before I'm to old for a 21 hour airplane ride. Still have some coins and currency for buying my first beer on return visit.  8)
