Hey Bindian (hugs brandi) asked for help with this on a tractor forum. I did this once before for another existing member. 
I think you guys verified everything (them) through emails.

Well, something is goofy, because I got a pm from her after 2am this morning telling me how she cant login, but she had to be logged in to do it.

I sent her an email to her hughes.net address from my gmail.

Don't know what to tell you Jeff,  maybe Brandi had a technical brain fart. I'm prone to them myself when it comes to "technology".😖 I'm just the go between.

Ive been in contact with her, and reset her password.

Jasonb and I talked about Brandi when we visited on the 16th and wondered where she was??  It's good to see that she has logged on today.
