Put the above in the search box on ebay.  I just did and not only did they come up, but you have a choice of several handle lengths.  Not cheap though.  I'd make one on the lathe.

With a logrite you don't have to replace handles. But if it's special to you, look up Peavy Mfg. Co. in Maine. The are the source and it's where Sheldon Hill gets theirs.

I carved one out from a hickory sapling using a draw knife .That old cant hook is older than me .

I looked at a 4' Sheridan Hill handle.  $52.05! :o :o

That's half way to owning an aluminum or steel handle tool.

My great grandfather's wooden handle cant hook hangs on the wall in my basement den.
